Senior Product Manager & Product Strategist | AI Products, Enterprise Platforms, 0-to-1 | Ex-Charles Schwab | Contract via Help Factory LLC
I'm a senior product manager and product strategist who takes platforms from idea to adoption at scale.
At Charles Schwab I owned Online Appointment Scheduling (OAS). I launched OAS and grew it from ~100 to ~2,500 monthly active users and 280K+ meetings a year resulting in about $4M in annual rep time savings. I then took ownership of all scheduling environments across the company, consolidated six of them into one platform at 80% lower operating cost, and led a zero downtime migration of scheduling and texting platforms during Schwab's TD Ameritrade acquisition.
Today I apply that same product discipline to AI. I designed and run a 14 role multi agent development team as its product owner. The team is complete with role charters, a prioritized backlog, a QA regression gate, and release plans that ship only with my approval. Work that used to take annual quarters now takes hours.
What I bring to a fast senior team is clear decision rights, a backlog everyone trusts, and checkpoints that catch drift early, so speed doesn't turn into rework or tech debt. The PM role at Ai native companies is changing and the people who will do it best understand both the user problem and the technology solving it.
I take on product strategy and product management engagements through my practice, Help Factory LLC, especially with teams building with AI. The best way to reach me is a LinkedIn message or the email in my contact info.

Start with the outcome. Interview stakeholders, observe users, inspect available data, and separate the underlying problem from the requested solution.
Lay out options, costs, risks, and expected value. Prioritize the smallest responsible path to learning or delivery.
Translate direction into decisions, requirements, and team rhythms. Measure results, learn, and adjust without gold-plating.
Build the right thing. Let users and data steer. Ship for outcomes not output.
